Timothy Joesph Brown was born on October 8th 1870 in Richmond, Virginia. His parents were Thomas and Kate Brown. Bridget C Moore was born on February 27th 1871 in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland.Her parents were Michael Moore and Maria Nelligan. Bridget came to America when she was 12 in the 1880′s alone. On her trip here, she injured her eye while opening a bottle for a lady . She stayed with her cousins in America that she never met. She also only spoke Gaelic, and not English at the time. She had her eye removed in the 1930′s and replaced with a glass eye. She had a stroke and was bedridden for the last six months of her life. Bridget and Timothy married on 24 November 1898 in Richmond,Va. Timothy Brown died on May 6th 1928 in Richmond,Va and Bridget died on July 10th 1937 in Richmond, Va.

Mrs. Bridget M. Brown Funeral services for Mrs. Bridget Moore Brown, who died yesterday at her residence, 111 North Shields Avenue, will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence and Joseph Brown; four daughters, Mrs. G.J. Schmitz, and the Misses Helen, Mary and Rosalie Brown; and four grandchildren.

1900: Timothy Brown is listed as born in September 1870 and is 29, born in Virginia (parents born in Ireland), and is a Machinist. Bridget is listed as being born in March 1873 and is 27. They have been married for 1 year and have one child. This says that she came to America in 1884 and has been in America for 16 years. Their daughter Katherine is listed as being born in September 1899 in Virginia. Katherine Brown (sister of Timothy) is listed as 32 born in New York in May 1868. It also mistakenly lists Patrick Brown as son (he is the brother of Timothy). He is 23 and born in Virginia and is a Laborer. 
1910- Timothy is 40 and Bridget is 37. Timothy is listed as being born in Ireland and coming to America is 1870. He is still a Machinist and is working in Iron Works. Children: Kathrine is 10, Helen is 6, Lawrence is 4, Mary is 2 and Timothy is 5 months. 
1920- Timothy is 49 and Bridget is 47. This record states that she came over in 1885 and is naturalized. Timothy is working at a Tobacco Factory. Catherine is 20, Helen is 16, Lawrence is 14, Mary is 12, Rosalie is 5 and Joseph is 2 months. Katherine Brown (Timothy’s sister) is also living with them and is 54.
1930- Timothy has died and Bridget Brown is 54. Also living with her are her children Helen, who is 26, Lawrence, who is 24, Mary, who is 21, Rosalie, who is 14, and Joseph who is 12.

6. Timothy Brown: Born on 11 Jan 1910-14 Jun 1911.
7. Rosalie Brown: Born 1915-1970′s.
8. Joseph Timothy Brown: Born May 10th 1917-September 1st 1956.
