Regina Huff was born in 1827 in Kobenz, Rhineland, Germany. Her father was Dr. John L Huff. He was doctor to the queen (of who, I am not sure). While he was visiting his daughter in Newark, NJ he saved a neighbor girl by throwing his jacket over her because she was on fire. He was also a missionary to Africa. She had an aunt that lived in Stuttgart.
